Let us show your staff how to deal with incompliant patrons safely. The T.O.S.S. Course is designed to work from the “front-line” back. Most training programs are designed for “management down”. That approach may look good on paper. However, many managers have not had any formal training themselves. A “my way” approach does not work well in many situations. In T.O.S.S. these skills will be taught directly to the people who need it - the staff working the floor.
